Rok Wellness Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

ROK Wellness, LLC (“ROK Wellness”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Customer”) that its sauna products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the original site of installation and is non-transferable.

The following components are covered:

• Sauna structure, frame, and wood panels — against manufacturing defects
• Electrical components, wiring, and control systems — against defects in materials and workmanship
• Heater units and heating elements — against manufacturing defects
• Doors, hinges, and hardware — against manufacturing defects
• Bench structures and interior fixtures — against manufacturing defects

2. Warranty Remedy

As ROK Wellness’s sole obligation and the Customer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty, ROK Wellness will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component(s) found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, at no charge for parts. The Customer is responsible for all shipping, freight, labor, and installation costs associated with any warranty claim. ROK Wellness reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts of equal or greater quality when making repairs or replacements.

ROK Wellness will not provide a cash refund, credit, or product exchange under any circumstances covered by this warranty. This warranty does not entitle the Customer to a product return or full replacement unless ROK Wellness, in its sole discretion, determines that the defect cannot be remedied through repair or component replacement.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage, defect, or failure caused by or resulting from any of the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including natural weathering, fading, surface oxidation, or minor wood cracking due to moisture and temperature fluctuations
• Improper installation, assembly, or setup not performed in accordance with ROK Wellness instructions
• Improper electrical connection or failure to comply with local electrical codes; electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician
• Use of unauthorized accessories, replacement parts, or components not supplied or approved by ROK Wellness
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than ROK Wellness or an authorized service representative
• Physical damage including dents, scratches, gouges, chips, or cracks caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Cosmetic damage to wood surfaces, including minor blemishes, grain variation, color change, or surface scuffs that do not affect function
• Damage resulting from acts of God, including floods, fires, lightning, earthquakes, storms, or extreme weather events
• Damage caused by exposure to saltwater, corrosive environments, or chemicals
• Failure to maintain and clean the sauna in accordance with the care instructions provided
• Use of the sauna for any commercial, institutional, or rental purposes
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage, power surges, or failure to use appropriate circuit breakers or GFCIs as specified
• Damage noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery that was not reported to ROK Wellness within three (3) business days of delivery
• Any product whose serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed
• Heater stones, sauna accessories, lighting remotes, audio systems, and any non-structural add-ons

4. Non-Transferable / Original Purchaser Only

This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of the ROK Wellness sauna and is non-transferable. In the event of any sale, resale, transfer, lease, or conveyance of ownership of the product, all warranty rights and coverage shall immediately become null and void. Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.

5. Outdoor Use Conditions

ROK Wellness saunas designated for outdoor use are covered under this warranty for outdoor residential installation, provided that:

• The sauna is installed on a level, stable, and appropriate surface (concrete pad, gravel base, or engineered deck rated for the sauna’s weight)
• Proper drainage is maintained around the base of the sauna at all times
• The sauna is not submerged, flood-prone, or exposed to standing water
• Seasonal protective covers are used in harsh weather; damage resulting from failure to use a protective cover may void coverage at ROK Wellness’s discretion
• The installation complies with all local building, zoning, and electrical codes

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps. Claims that do not comply with this process will not be honored.

1. Contact ROK Wellness customer support via rokwellness.com within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect.
2. Provide your original proof of purchase (sales receipt or order confirmation) clearly showing the purchase date and product.
3. Provide the product’s serial number and a detailed written description of the defect, along with photographs or video evidence.
4. ROK Wellness will review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. No warranty service will be rendered without an RMA number.
5. If return of components is required, securely package items in original or equivalent packaging. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

ROK Wellness reserves the right to inspect any claimed defective product before authorizing warranty service and to deny claims that do not meet these terms.

7. Return Policy

This warranty does not constitute a return policy. Saunas are large, custom-freight items and are not eligible for return except in cases of a verified, significant manufacturing defect that cannot be remedied by component repair or replacement, as determined solely by ROK Wellness. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns require a valid RMA number and must be in original or equivalent packaging.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

10. Warranty Registration

ROK Wellness strongly recommends completing your product registration at rokwellness.com within sixty (60) days of purchase. Registration is not required to activate warranty coverage, but it expedites the claims process and ensures we can contact you about any product updates or safety notices. Proof of purchase is always required regardless of registration status.

11. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California/Orange County.
